Frequently Asked Questions

With a new piece of equipment, you may have some questions. And we have the answers! Throughout the years of ReproScan, we have received questions about almost everything; but there are a couple that we get a lot. Check out some of the common ones:

  1. What is the warranty on my ultrasound machine?

We offer a 2-year manufacture warranty on all new ultrasound machines and a 1-year manufacture warranty on all new viewing devices.

2. How can I change the grid size or turn the grid on/off?

3. How do you save settings changes?

Your ultrasound is designed to go back to factory default settings when it is turned off. This means if you are wanting to save your setting changes YOU MUST follow these instructions.

To save your setting changes, hold the exam button until the letter A, B, C, or D flashes (depending on which exam you want to change). Make sure you are on the correct exam and then press the exam button twice to finally save the setting change. We plan on making a video soon to help with these steps.

4. What is the battery time and charge time?

The batteries should last more than 6 hours depending on which machine you have and how old your battery is. If your battery is struggling to get through the day, please give us a call to upgrade your battery.

When it comes to charging, we highly recommend plugging your machine in at the end of the day, just like you do with your cell phone. Keep in mind you can also have your machine charging while you are using it if you forget to plug it in the night before.

6. What happens if I break my machine?

We have a local repair facility that ensures a quick turn around time. Call us for any repair needs or questions.
